*Max of 2 pets allowed at property with additional $100/pet fee - see notes. Animals over 100 lbs must stay outside.
*Property does have a horse corral area which can be used and secured.

Upper Level sleeping Loft: 4 Twin Beds
Lower Level: Living Area, Lower Bathroom, Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 4 (Twin over Queen Bunk), Laundry/Utility Room
Exterior: Large front porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. Spacious yard for riding an ATV (rent one within walking distance just down the street!), horse pen area can be used.
Guest access
Guests have full access to this single family home/cabin and the outdoor area of the property. Outbuildings are for the personal use of the owner. Hot tub is currently NOT for use by guests because it is not maintained, we will update the listing when this issues is resolved.
Additional notes
*We welcome up to 2 pets under 100 lbs in the cabin with a $100 additional pet fee* PLEASE reach out to owner if you wish to bring pets that will be indoors.
*The sleeping count is based on primary beds, but there is also a roll-away bed in the master bedroom, a pull-out trundle bed under the bunk beds in bedroom 4, and 3 couches that could be used for additional sleeping capacity.
*A cleaning service and bedding change can be arranged mid-stay for long term reservations, please reach out for additional costs and details.

Neighborhood overview
There are a other cabins in the area, but you are surrounded by thousands of acres of public land, national forests, and national parks. There are two restaurants within a half mile of the cabin (Crooked Creek guest ranch and the Lineshack lodge). ATV and snowmobile rental is less than a half mile away at Union Pass Rentals.
